The President of the Republic of Angola, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, appointed today, by presidential decree, Dr. Ricardo Daniel Sandão Viegas d’Abreu to the position of Minister of Transport, having been reappointed.
This will be Ricardo’s second term in office, having assumed the portfolio in 2018.
